HIIT Training

HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a workout approach that combines “bursts” of high-intensity exercise with short periods of rest. Bodyweight circuits

“Bodyweight circuits” are designed to exercise large muscle-groups all at once. For example, you might do 40 squats, 30 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, and 10 seconds of burpees before allowing yourself a 30-second rest and starting the cycle again.

Cardio machines

The great thing about cardio machines is that they essentially design workouts for you. They’ll change your activity levels at set intervals and then tell you exactly when to take a break, allowing you to focus on what you’re doing.

Weights

Weights are a popular aspect of HIIT training because they help you gain muscle and lose fat. Circuits can be changed depending on your needs and goals, and you can even switch out weights as you get more comfortable.
